The Meistersingerhaus at Meistersingerstraße 18 is 600 meters away from the Green Hill at Bayreuth Festspielhaus. The two-story classic 1935
villa has four modern apartments and a beautiful garden.
Our wish is to offer high-quality apartments at reasonable prices during the Bayreuth opera festival to passionate Wagnerians; singers, artistic employees or festival guests. The villa is centrally located between the Festspielhaus and the city center.
THE CONCEPT
Our apartments are newly renovated and fully equipped. Each apartment has convenient Self Check-In. The Meistersingerhaus is not a hotel or B&B, but modern self-serviced apartments. You can order end-of-stay cleaning if you wish.
All apartments are equipped with:
TV monitor for streaming (not subscription for TV channels)
WIFI
Double bed
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine & water kettle.
Washing machine in the basement.

GIBICH HALLS
There are two apartments called Gibich Hall.
Gibich Hall 1: On the first floor, «begrüsse froh die Halle meines Vaters», you will find Gibich Hall I which consists of kitchen / living room, separate bedroom and a bathroom. From the living room you enter a balcony facing the garden. Size: 58 sqm.
Gibich Hall 2: A studio apartment with living room / kitchen and a bathroom. Size: 38 sqm. Gibich Hall 1 and 2 can be rented separately or together.

The Neidhöhle
The basement, «Die Neidhöhle», is part of the communal area and is equipped with washing machine and a sauna available for all guests.
The Garden
The beautiful garden is also accessible to all guests.
